昨日のXP祭りの平鍋さんの講演の中で、「良いストーリーの条件」として、Bill Wakeの考案した"INVEST"という指標に関する話があった。調べてみると、以下の文章(http://www.xp123.com/xplor/xp0308/index.shtml)にぶつかった。
But what are characteristics of a good story? The acronym "INVEST" can remind you that good stories are:
* I - Independent
* N - Negotiable
* V - Valuable
* E - Estimable
* S - Small
* T - Testable
同じ文章に、良いタスクの条件に関する指標もある。
SMART Tasks

* M - Measurable
* A - Achievable
* R - Relevant
* T - Time-boxed
